LimeCall cancellation and refund policy

You can cancel your LimeCall subscription at any time from the dashboard under the setting>billing>cancel plan option. Alternatively, drop us a note at sales@limecall.com .

Repayable funds. Users have the right for refunds from account balance. The amount of a refund should not exceed the current amount on the account balance. A refund is impossible for services that are actually provisioned and for one-time services actually provisioned (for example number connection, eSIM), payment for which is taken from account balance at that time.

Time limitation for refund. Funds on account balance cannot be returned after the expiry of 180 days from the day of the last funded usage against the account balance of LimeCall, to pay goods and services.

Frequently asked questions

Your cancellation goes into effect at the end of your current active monthly or annual subscription period. You’ll continue to have access to LimeCall through the remainder of your current active subscription.

  • If you were on monthly billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid month.
  • If you were on annual billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid year.

Once you cancel your subscription, billing charges will be processed within a few business days. If you cancelled a few days before your billing due date and were charged for your subscription, it may be that our billing system hadn’t completed your cancellation before you were charged. Simply write into us at sales@limecall.com, and we’ll take care of your refund.

LimeCall will work together with you to review all refund requests on a case by case basis. To give a better sense on what typically is accepted, we’ve outlined some use cases below. Please note LimeCall does not offer partial refunds on annual plans, which is how we’re able to offer a steep 25% discount in comparison to monthly plane. However, we’re happy to transfer the remainder of the subscription to another email address, whether to another email address or to another person, such as a co-worker. Write us at sales@limecall.com to request a transfer of the remainder of your subscription to another user!

  • If you were on monthly billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid month.
  • If you were on annual billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid year.

  • If you are a monthly user and were recently charged for your next month of service and had the intention to cancel; we’ll work together to review and credit your account as applicable.
  • If you are a monthly user and forgot to cancel your account in the past and haven’t used the product since, we’ll review your usage history and credit your account as applicable.
  • If you are a monthly user and recently upgraded your account to a higher tier but never utilized the services and continued to use LimeCall, we’ll review and provide a credit for future services as applicable.
